Leicester City transfer news: Leicester City is ready to unload Caglar Soyuncu from their team roster, as Galatasaray is open to do business.

Although the English Premier League the summer transfer window is closed, the Turkish transfer window is still open. Clubs from other leagues can still sell their players to Turkish clubs.

Exit rumors for Leicester centre-back Soyuncu have come from the Turkish giants, Galatasaray. Soyuncu wants to return to his home country after leaving his former club Altinordu.

The Turkish defender started his professional career with Turkish second division side Altinordu where he made 34 appearances.

Although he is strongly linked to some big European clubs like Besiktas, Galatasarayand Sevillehe joined Bundesliga side, SC Freiburg. He appeared 50 times for the German club.

His solid performances have earned him links with some major European clubs such as Arsenal, Lille, Rome, Villarrealand Manchester City. The Turkish defender has remained an unused substitute in all five of the Foxes’ Premier League appearances. Soyuncu hinted at his discussions with other clubs in his Twitter and Instagram posts: “All good things come after patience.”

Rumors suggest Leicester have rejected an opening offer, but talks are ongoing. Leicester are expected to open up on a loan. The Turkish transfer window will close on Thursday, September 8.
