Meghan Markle “needs a total rebranding” if she wants to “sell a book to children” | Royal | New

The Duchess of Sussex, 40, appeared in a recent video online reading her children’s book, The Bench. In the Brightly Storytime clip, Meghan wears an understated outfit consisting of jeans and a sleek white shirt. Following the Duchess of Sussex’s online reading, royal commentator Neil Sean said he believes “the biggest issue for Meghan and her advisers is how to make it accessible to people who want to buy the book ? “

Mr Sean said on his YouTube channel: “That’s the tricky part.

“Now this particular YouTube interview saw Meghan gorgeous, basking in the sun.

“But of course she was drawn to the fact that she wore a lot of expensive jewelry and an expensive watch.

“If you’re trying to sell a book to kids, it’s not really relevant.

“Now what we can tell you is that they are going to rebrand Meghan as something of a warmer and more comfortable, open and can relate to author.

“We don’t know exactly what their plans are.

“But, The Bench isn’t the only children’s book she has up her sleeve, apparently there are more.”

In the online read, the Duchess of Sussex explained how she wrote the children’s story for her 37-year-old husband Prince Harry and their two-year-old son Archie.

The Duchess of Sussex added: “Christian has layered beautiful and ethereal watercolor illustrations that capture the warmth, joy and comfort of the relationship between fathers and sons from all walks of life.

“This performance was particularly important to me.

“Christian and I have worked closely together to describe this special bond through an inclusive lens.

“I hope The Bench resonates in every family, regardless of its makeup, as much as it does in mine.”
